Nisa for Nisa
Nisa for Nisa betekent Vrouwen voor Vrouwen. Nisa bestaat uit 40 vrijwilligers en 3 betaalde krachten. Dit zijn allemaal vrouwen die zich inzetten om het welzijn van bewoners te verbeteren. Nisa for Nisa draagt bij aan het versterken van de relatie met de omringende samenleving, het weerbaar worden en het komen tot zelfbeschikking door projecten en activiteiten aan te bieden. Deze zijn te verdelen in ‘eigen’ activiteiten/projecten, -dus gericht op de wensen van de vrouwen en meiden zelf- en op activiteiten/projecten gericht op het functioneren in de samenleving. Deze laatste activiteiten vragen een brede inzet en een actieve opstelling van de deelnemers. Het gaat dan om het versterken van hun plek in de samenleving (in de zin van zelfstandigheid), een sterke positie in het gezin, meer zelfbeschikking.
